A Gentle Answer for the Women Walking Many Paths

If you’ve arrived here, beloved, you may be carrying a tender question within your heart:
“Can I explore shamanic healing, oracle readings, or spiritual mentorship
while also doing therapy, taking medication, or walking a religious path?”
The gentle, wholehearted answer is:
Yes. You absolutely can.
At MudLotus, we believe that healing is not a singular path. It is a weaving. A living,
breathing tapestry made of spirit, body, intuition, and soul. Your healing does not need
to fit inside one container. You do not need to choose between science and spirit, logic
and mystery, structure and flow.
You are a multidimensional being. Your healing should be, too.
Healing is a weaving, not a war between Methods
Many of the women who come through the doors of MudLotus are also working with therapists, doctors, or religious teachers. And this is beautiful. This work does not compete~ it complements. It harmonizes. It supports what you are already tending to.
This is not about “either-or.” It is about both~ and.
You can sit in a therapist’s chair and walk in the forest with your guides. You can pray in a mosque, church, or temple and still receive an oracle card reading. You can take your medication and still lie down for a soul journey.
There is room for all of it. And there is room for you~ just as you are.
What shamanic healing Offers
Shamanic healing is an ancient, Earth-based spiritual modality. It works with spirit allies, energy patterns, and the deep language of the soul.
At MudLotus, I guide you through this work with tenderness and reverence, supporting you to:
Uncover soul-level patterns that shape your life
Access your subconscious mind through guided journeywork
Release stagnant energy that words alone cannot touch
Reconnect with your inner healer and intuitive gifts
Heal Trauma and trauma related patterns
Womb healing and reclamation
Past life Regressions
Soul Retrieval
This work is sacred and somatic. It brings together the voice of your spirit with the wisdom of your body.
What if i’m on Medication?
Let me be clear:
You are welcome here. Fully.
Shamanic healing is not a replacement for your medical care~ it is a spiritual companion to it. Many women I work with are taking medications for anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, or other health needs. That does not make your healing any less valid. In fact, it often signals a deep wisdom to seek support in many forms.
This work honors your choices, your sovereignty, and your unique path.
Spirit meets you exactly where you are~ never in judgment.
Can i practice this if I follow a Religion?
Absolutely.
Whether you are Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, Jewish, Hindu, Indigenous, or exploring your own blend of belief~ this space honors your relationship with the Divine.
Shamanic healing does not ask you to abandon your faith. It invites you to deepen it. To experience a direct, embodied connection with sacred presence~ through your breath, your body, your dreams, your spirit guides, and the living Earth.
This is not dogma. It is devotion.
It is reverence for the mystery.
It is the remembrance that Spirit belongs to all.
Healing is a sacred Tapestry
You are not broken.
You are becoming.
This path honors your fullness~ the seen and unseen, the medical and mystical, the ancestral and emergent. You are not meant to walk in a single lane. Your healing is a woven altar, made of the threads that resonate with your soul.
Trust what calls to you.
Let your knowing lead.
Let yourself be held in the arms of all that supports you.
With devotion and tenderness,
Jade Chen
